type constraint

Currently subject type constraint (Q21503250) is (relation (P2309)instance of (Q21503252) AND (class (P2308)periodical (Q1002697) OR class (P2308)publisher (Q2085381))). At least some of the things with JUFO IDs (e.g. Request for Comments (Q212971)) are not periodical (Q1002697) but in fact serial (Q2217301).
