Some notes on this property edit

This property is now called "NII Author ID" in the official English document[1][2] (and NII著者ID in the Japanese document[3][4]). This is an ID for per-person entries for authors or researchers used in several NII projects, but multiple IDs are assigned to single person due to different data sources and/or difficulty in the reconciliation process. The first digit seems to have the meaning as follows: 1, the entry comes from e-Rad researcher number (P9776); 2, the entry comes from ReaD project (Directory Database of Research and Development Activities (Q11587552)); 8, for CiNii Dissertations (Q107529324); and 9, for automated reconciliation in now defunct CiNii Articles database.
