I just realized that the identifer can simply be [1-9]\d*, with formatter url https://www.ooemuseen.at/museum/$1-: https://www.ooemuseen.at/museum/238- does resolve fine :)

Unless there is opposition, I will normalize the current uses and update the property accordingly. What do you think?
