BiolexSOE seems to be stable, "copyright 2015", highest item number 1526. Funded by external organisation - but they didn't care to give all items a GND.

  @Kolja21: almost all humans in BiolexSOE have GND, do you have connections to GND editors so that the remaining 51 humans get a GND? It's no so much. Except for one, all have sitelinks. MrProperLawAndOrder (talk) 17:55, 11 May 2020 (UTC)

  @MrProperLawAndOrder: Technically not problem, see GND 1209936909 for Gavril Georgiev (Q28343434), but we have long backlogs: de:Kategorie:Wikipedia:GND fehlt and de:Wikipedia:GND/Fehlermeldung. I'll see what I can do. --Kolja21 (talk) 18:28, 11 May 2020 (UTC)

DtBio also links to BiolexSOE, e.g. https://www.deutsche-biographie.de/118647407.html , they link via GND and the link goes to https://www.biolex.ios-regensburg.de/BioLexViewlist.php?x_dnb=118647407&z_dnb=LIKE&cmd=search maybe biolex didn't care to allow better incoming links.
