Practitioner vs. Theorist/Researcher edit
An educator can be anyone who teaches, but this entry appears to refer specifically to an educationalist in the sense of a researcher who studies the field of education. However in many cases, this entry is being used in the general sense of educator.
This is a horrible mix. The Russian definition specifies explicitly "(scientist)", yet the German article deals with, basically, teachers with professional education. On the other hand, educational researcher (Q88011130) has only one article, German Bildungsforscher (a redirect to Bildungsforschung, which corresponds to English Educational research) which, by and large, seems to mean the same as the Russian "pedagogue (scientist)" (the difference between pedagogics and education research is vague at best). --Ehitaja (talk) 19:09, 25 August 2022 (UTC)
