Adjust the property capital of (P1376) for Taiwan(Q865) edit
There is two Taiwan in the capital of (P1376) statement, however we should only keep Taiwan(Q865), the item for Republic of China, and remove Taiwan (Q22502), which indicate the island.
There is also a reference made by @Daranz in Taiwan (Q22502), the island, page.
