I would like to get some help. The item fr:Institut de recherche pour le développement (Q2910510) was created both in 1943 (it's true creation) and in 1998 (it's last name change).

For 11 octobre 1943, which properties should we use ?
For 5 novembre 1998, which properties should we use ?
