嗨，大家好我是來自臺灣維基數據社群的 Allen，自 2019年與幾位社群夥伴共同在臺灣發起了維基數據的專題社群，我們致力於將臺灣的資料新增在維基數據上面。 有鑑於目前臺灣的編輯者越來越多，而目前能提供中文服務的管理員人數仍偏少、更無能提供閩南語(臺灣話)、客家語或臺灣南島語言相關建議的管理員，因此希望能夠投入管理員工作致力於提供更加多元的社群參與環境。

Hi, everyone. I’m Allen from the Wikidata Taiwan (Q65555605). Since 2019, I have launched Wikidata Taiwan with several community partners. We are committed to adding information from Taiwan to Wikidata. Since there are more and more editors in Taiwan, and the number of administrators who can provide Chinese services is still small, and there is no administrator who can provide suggestions on Hokkien(Taiwanese), Hakka(Taiwanese Hakka), or Taiwanese Austronesian languages(Formosan languages), I hope to be able to invest in administrators.   4.  Weak oppose I don't realy see why you need sysop permissions. You say you want to help remove false Chinese information, but you have never reverted a single change? You make good contributions to Wikidata, I don't question that either, but I don't think you have the relevant meta experience required for sysop permissions.   10.  Oppose 雖然Wikidata現在的確沒有足夠懂中文的管理員，在處理一些工作時會有阻礙，但根據WD:A，管理員為被授權如刪除或封禁等清理工作的用戶，申請人未有足夠經驗處理相關工作，不認為適合現在就擔任管理員。我欣賞其在臺灣維基數據社群的貢獻，但與管理員不太相關。 Although Wikidata now indeed doesn't have enough administrators who know Chinese, some of the tasks may be obstructed due to language barrier, according to WD:A, administrators are users authorized to do janitorial tasks such as deleting and blocking, the candidate doesn't have enough experience to handle any of the tasks. Thus, I don't think it is now suitable for them to be an administrator. I appreciate their work for the Wikidata Taiwan, but they are unrelated to administrators. Your profile seems very good (and we very much need sysop speaking Chinese) but you should take part actively in the meta pages (where admins works) and come back in 6-12 months, it should be ok then.   13.  Oppose When it comes to admin rights, I consider it important that a user has participated in policy discussions before and therefore understands our current policy consensus. That's even more important when the actions of the admin happen in a language that other admins can't easily check, so I don't think the fact that we lack admins in certain language should lead us to make a user without exposure to policy discussions (and I include things like responding to RfD's in that) an admin.
As far as the lack of admins in Chinese goes, I haven't seen any indication that not having enough Chinese admins caused a problem. If that happened I would like to here about the problem to think how to address it. ChristianKl ❪✉❫ 16:18, 5 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oh, I want other admin so much. Only… 5 properties are modified (except headers), 29 various undos, 8 Qid in headers, 47 descriptions with punctuation, 1 x sex or gender (P21) with man (Q8441), 9 self-referencing. 346 modifications in the Wikidata namespace, including 1 property proposal, but none of these modifications concern administrators. Most of the rest of your edits are about headers, translations and main and some discussions (~thousand with tools). You put multiple languages in one page, so I can't even advise you TA, Allenwang6212a. To inform @Aries0d0f, S8321414:, everything I quoted and you quoted can be done without being sysop.
