Inactive administrators as of October 1, 2013

Sadly, for this point, I found one inactive admin. So I will going to notice and request removal

• Removal will be requested October 16 1, 2013
• If admin want to keep adminship, Than do 10 actions before request.

We need to have a better system in place for warnings. I'm not sure the exact times that other projects use, but a message a month in advance and a message a week in advance seem to be reasonable. I would also move that we handle inactivity desysops by the month: If several admins are set to lose adminship due to inactivity because on different days during September, all of the desysops should actually carried out on the last day of September, with the warning sent out during the first day of September and the second warning during the third week of September. This doesn't matter as much if there's going to be one or two desysops a year, but if/when it gets more common, this will allow a bot to do most of the work (tracking and warnings). The counter on my stats page, User:Cyberpower678/ActiveStats is updated daily with the rules in place for what to consider inactive and not. It's color coded for easy readability. Any user can routinely check it and issue a warning once a user gets marked as inactive. I also noticed that two oversighters surfaced today.
