Showcase lexemes

Showcase lexemes on Wikidata are lexemes that fully represent what Wikidata is capable of, displaying in full detail the data that can be stored on Wikidata and then eventually used both inside and outside other Wikimedia projects.

Some criteria that have guided the addition of lexemes to this list are below—that is, ideally at least one of the main bullet points and one of the sub-bullets underneath that main bullet point should be satisfied:

Compound lexemes should have combines lexemes (P5238) statements accounting for each part of the whole, and their syntactic decomposition should be indicated using syntactic dependency head position (P9764) and syntactic dependency head relationship (P9763) qualifiers on those statements. In addition, one of the following must be satisfied:
- There is at least one external identifier (hence armastuskolmnurk (L415173), bergkant (L1083157), spionring (L1221007), panneband (L1223420)).
- Each sense is accounted for by at least one source (hence ਵਰ੍ਹਾ ਲੱਗਣ/ورھا لگّݨ (L907713), در جنگ حلوا بخش نمی‌کنند/дар ҷанг ҳалво бахш намекунанд (L1081423), বড়দিন (L1222568), الله قوریسین/Allah korusun (L1226849)).
Every sense on a lexeme for a verb or verb phrase should have its argument structure indicated using has thematic relation (P9971) statements (hence 사랑하다 (L741213)).
Nominals (nouns, adjectives, and other things that decline) in fusional languages should have their base inflectional paradigm entirely present as forms. In addition, one of the following must be satisfied:
- All standard forms have external identifiers (hence حَلِيب (L2355), vand (L8266)).
- All forms have usage examples (hence dismesso (L1200000)).
- All forms have pronunciation audio (P443) statements (hence вода (L189), grilldress (L1131949)).
The following may apply to any lexeme:
- There are at least three external identifiers supplied for it, none of which are mere reproductions of one of its lemmata (hence rød (L2310), gepard (L5573), jak (L6573), kone (L6888), अग्नि (L678505)).
- There are at least three sources of any kind supplied for it, and each sense is accounted for by at least one of the sources on it (hence جواب/cevap (L1124154), pri (L630387)).
- Every one of its more than three senses is linked either
  1. via item for this sense (P5137) to a Wikidata item to which the sense of a lexeme in a different language is also linked using the same property, or
  2. absent an appropriate Wikidata item usable with P5137, via translation (P5972) to lexeme senses in at least three other languages, where the lexemes for those other language senses are all etymologically unrelated to one another.
