ht. There are two figures on the extreme rightwhich are seen in profile, two figures between the woman and thepriest in the red robe, of whom only the heads are seen. Two Youthstook on the scene. These six figures are broadly brushed withblackish hues. Behind (-hrist, another head. Thirteen figures in all.The colouring is excellent, and vividly luminous on the figuresin the foreground. The fact ure is more free than that of I he paint-ing of 1011 (in Brussels : the colour is really ec/alanl in the headsof the two priests ; I he figures of the second distance are painted m abeautiful golden tint.
