Александр Дмитриевич Арсеньев (1766-1819)- полковник Преображенского полка, младший из трех братьев Арсеньевых — военных. Был учителем в лейб-гренадерском полку, затем служил в Кабардинском мушкетерском полку. Вышел в отставку генерал-майором. Изображен в обер-офицерском мундире Преображенского полка, с орденом Анны

2 степени на шейной ленте.
