Description

Salle de conférence du musée servant temporairement d'atelier de restauration des peintures de Munch conservées sur des rouleaux. Ces oeuvres étaient des travaux préparatoires à la décoration d'un hall de l'université d'Oslo qui avait été confiée à l'artiste fin 1909.

La conservation de ces toiles nécessite une stabilisation et une consolidation de la couche picturale.

L'oeuvre exposée est intitulée "Alma Mater" et date de 1912-1913.
