Description

Zugefrorenen Gracht in einer niederländischen Stadt mit kleinteiliger Staffage. Links im Vordergrund ist ein Segelboot noch an Land. Im Hintergrund gleitet ein weiteres Segelboot über das Eis. Von rechts wird ein prächtiger Schlitten von einem Pferd gezogen.

Alle Schlittschuhläufer und Eissegler sind anhand ihrer Kleidung dem Adel und dem Großbürgertum zuzuordnen.
