For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Ruderer, DDR, Europameister im Vierer Zentralbild Pinske 3.9.1957 Europameister Vorwärts in Berlin Die Ruderer der DDR, die an den Europameisterschaften in Duisburg teilnahmen, sind wieder zurückgekehrt. Am Dienstag, dem 3.9.1957, fand auf dem Bootsgelände des ASK Vorwärts Berlin für die Europameister im Vierer mit Steuermann eine Ehrung statt. UBz: Die Europameister vor ihrem Bootshaus in Berlin-Grünau. Wir erkennen von links nach rechts: Wundratsch, Dathe, Trainer Sternkopf, Steuermann Donnick, Müller und Meyer.
