Nederlands: De aanvaarding van het Hoog Bewind door het Driemanschap in naam van de prins van Oranje op 21 november 1813 ten huize van Gijsbert Karel van Hogendorp, zittend rechts van de tafel. Achter hem staat Van der Duyn van Maasdam en naast hem staat, wijzend naar de officieren, Graaf van Limburg Stirum. Rechts staat met opgeheven hand kolonel Van Oldebarnevelt, genaamd Witte Tullingh, achter hem kapitien Van Heynsbergen. Zittend links aan tafel is Elias Canneman, achter hem vrouwen met kinderen. Aan de wand twee schilderijen met portretten van Willem van Oranje en Maurits.
