Español: El lienzo es el boceto del cuadro pintado por Eduardo Cano en el que se representa el entierro del condestable don Álvaro de Luna, maestre de la Orden de Santiago y privado del rey Juan II de Castilla. Álvaro de Luna fue decapitado en la Plaza mayor de Valladolid en junio de 1453 y sus restos mortales reposan en la actualidad en la catedral de Toledo.
