Description
Nederlands: Het oorlogsschip De Zeehondt wordt door paarden door het kanaal naar het havenhoofd getrokken. Rechts op de dijk rijdt de hoogwaardigheidsbekleder met een escorte te paard. Op het water eveneens de jacht van prins Maurits. In de verte het profiel van de stad Middelburg. Mogelijk is het vertrek van Elisabeth Stuart, koningin van Bohemen, de ‘Winterkoningin’, voorgesteld, 12 mei 1613.[1]; vertrek van Robert Sidney in 1616, J.H.
