Español: Construida a principios del siglo XII, recibe el nombre del apóstol medieval por excelencia: Santiago. Su segunda asignación, procede de la tradición medieval, según la cual, en esta iglesia fue armado caballero Rodrigo Díaz de Vivar, más conocido como el Cid.
English: Built at the beginning of XII century, it's named after the medieval apostle patron: Santiago. Second part of names comes from the medieval tradition stating that in this church, Rodrigo Díaz de Vivar, el Cid was armored knight.
