  • Sold at the artist's auction on October 2, 1893 (no. 50) to the lawyer Victor Fischer for DKK 100. L. A. Ring sold a number of paintings on that occasion to finance his 1894 travels, which also brought him to Italy.
  • Winkel & Magnussen, Copenhagen, auction 269, 1940 no. 205, depicted page 39.
  • Kunsthallen, Copenhagen auction 295, 1971, no. 176, depicted page 17.
  • Sold at Bruun Rasmussen Auctions on May 31, 2001 for DKK 44,000 (EUR 5,900), (Lot 695/1662). Acquired by the museum. bruun-rasmussen.dk.
