English: Inside Higher Ed named Dr. Lauren Klein as a rising star in Digital Humanities in 2017, and she is the director of the Digital Humanities Lab at Emory. Her two current projects are Data by Design, which is an interactive history of data visualization, and Vectors of Freedom, which utilizes quantitative methods to analyze the influences and people involved in the 19th century abolitionist movement in the United States.
