Bahasa Indonesia: [Jakarta] Senin ,15 September 2014. Siapapun bisa menjadi pemimpin asalkan ikhlas dan mampu memantaskan dirinya. Hal tersebut disampaikan Kepala Pusdiklat PSDM, Safuadi,  membuka Seminar Inspiring Women Leadership di Aula Gedung B BPPK Purnawarman.

"Kunci utamanya adalah besar kecilnya pengorbanan diri, waktu dan tenaga untuk memimpin", kata Kapus di depan 108 peserta seminar yang semuanya adalah wanita. Ikhlas membuat seseorang menjadi kuat dalam memimpin. "Pemimpin itu dilatih", ujar Kapus. Sebagian besar dari kita dibentuk untuk memimpin. "Tanpa sadar dalam keseharian, kita jadi pemimpin", imbuhnya.

Seminar Inspiring Women Leadership ini menghadirkan Khofifah Indar Parawansa, Neno Warisman dan pendiri Saung Angklung Udjo, Joko Nugroho. Kapus mengajak peserta yang hadir untuk mau belajar dari para narasumber yang  mampu menginspirasi banyak orang melalui kehidupan mereka. "Mudah-mudahan kita dapat inspirasi dari mereka yang mau mengikhlaskan diri, tenaga dan pikiran, serta mau berlatih untuk mengembangkan diri", pungkas Kapus PSDM menutup sambutan singkatnya.

This was conveyed by the Head of the PSDM Education and Training Center, Safuadi, opening the Inspiring Women Leadership Seminar in the Hall of Building B BPPK Purnawarman.

"The main key is the size of self-sacrifice, time and energy to lead," said Kapus in front of 108 seminar participants, all of whom were women. Sincerity makes someone strong in leading. "Leaders are trained," said Kapus. Most of us are built to lead. "Without realizing it in our daily lives, we become leaders," he added.

This Inspiring Women Leadership Seminar presented Khofifah Indar Parawansa, Neno Warisman and the founder of Saung Angklung Udjo, Joko Nugroho. Kapus invited the participants who attended to want to learn from resource persons who were able to inspire many people through their lives. "Hopefully we can get inspiration from those who are willing to give up themselves, their energy and thoughts, and are willing to practice to develop themselves," concluded the Head of PSDM, closing his short remarks.
