Nederlands: Familieportret van Pierre de Moucheron (1508-67), koopman te Middelburg en Antwerpen, zijn echtgenote Isabeau de Gerbier, hun achttien kinderen, hun schoonzoon Allard de la Dale en hun eerste kleinkind. Het gezin staat ten halven lijve rond een rijk gedekte tafel waarop borden en schalen met brood, olijven, fruit, een pastei en gebraden gevogelte. Linksvoor een jongetje met een speelgoed molentje, rechts speelt een meisje op een virginaal.
