Nederlands: Tronende madonna met de heiligen Hieronymus en Johannes de Doper en een knielende kartuizer monnik. Links zit Maria met het Christuskind op schoot op een troon. Het kind heeft een opengeslagen boek op schoot en een rozenkrans in de uitgestoken hand. Daarnaast de heilige Hieronymus en Johannes de Doper, vooraan knielt in aanbidding een kartuizer monnik. Rechts het Lam Gods voor een doorkijk naar een tuin.
