Nederlands: Twee vleugels van een drieluik. Aan de binnenzijde van het linkerzijpaneel het portret van Julien de Brouckere, knielend in aanbidding in een landschap. Rechts zijn vrouw Elisabeth Canneel, eveneens knielend in aanbidding in een landschap. Op de buitenzijden van de zijpanelen staan de familiewapens van de geportretteerden.
