Notes Stated on the Louvre website to be possibly a portrait of Jean Richardot (1540–1609), president of the privy council of Philip II of Spain, this is known to have been based on an inscription added later. Bonhams sold a copy after this work in 2013 as a likely portrait of Jan van den Wouwer and his son
