Deutsch: Das Direktionsgebäude beim Haupteingang der Klinik Penzing, vormals Otto Wagner Spital bzw. Sozialmedizinisches Zentrum - Baumgartner Höhe, im 14. Wiener Gemeindebezirk Penzing.
Ursprünglich als Niederösterreichische Landes-Heil- und Pflegeanstalt für Geistes- und Nervenkranke (später Psychiatrisches Krankenhaus der Stadt Wien) ab 1905 auf den Spiegelgründen bzw. den Hängen des Gallitzinbergs errichtet und am 8. Oktober 1907 eröffnet. Geplant wurde der Bau von der Bauabteilung der Niederösterreichischen Landesregierung unter der Leitung von Carlo von Boog, der bereits einige Jahre vorher die „Nervenheilanstalt Mauer bei Amstetten“ geplant hatte. Überarbeitet wurde das Generalkonzept für die weitläufige Anlage mit 60 Pavillons von Otto Wagner. Zunächst gab es 3 Abteilungenː Heilanstalt, Pflegeanstalt für Unheilbare und das Sanatorium. 1923 wurde im westlichen Teil des Areals, das als Sanatorium der psychiatrischen Anstalt genutzt wurde, die eigenständige Lungenheilstätte „Baumgartner Höhe“ (Pulmologisches Zentrum) eingerichtetː [1].
