As of the time of this writing, https://dbh.nsd.uib.no, the domain name that is used in the formatter URL (P1630) of this property, redirects to https://dbh.hkdir.no/. The latter shows the following warning "Fra 1. juli 2021 ble DBH en del av Direktoratet for høyere utdanning og kompetanse, se https://hkdir.no.". According to Google Translator, it translates to "From 1 July 2021, DBH became part of the Directorate for Higher Education and Competence, see https://hkdir.no. ". I think that formatter URL (P1630) need to be changed.
