Value type “biological process (Q2996394), gene (Q7187), molecular function (Q14860489): This property should use items as value that contain property “instance of (P31), subclass of (P279)”. On these, the value for instance of (P31), subclass of (P279) should be an item that uses subclass of (P279) with value biological process (Q2996394), gene (Q7187), molecular function (Q14860489) (or a subclass thereof). Exceptions are possible as rare values may exist. Exceptions can be specified using exception to constraint (P2303).

I propose to increase the scope to allow this property to be used with sublcasses of regulation of biological process (Q22284497). At the moment it's used that way in examples like regulation of muscle contraction (Q14908181).
