Formatter problems with spaces

Take for example Johanna van Abcoude (Q19368981), it has "Johanna van Abcoude". This should resolve to http://resources.huygens.knaw.nl/vrouwenlexicon/lemmata/data/Johanna%20van%20Abcoude, but the link is http://resources.huygens.knaw.nl/vrouwenlexicon/lemmata/data/Johanna+van+Abcoude .
