New property proposed for new www.usatf.org athlete IDs

When the current property P3926 was created in 2017, the USA Track & Field (Q3547336) athlete pages were located at www.usatf.org:

Those pages were later moved to legacy.usatf.org:

http://legacy.usatf.org/Athlete-Bios/Shannon-Rowbury.aspx

Since then, some athletes also have new profiles at www.usatf.org:

However, many athletes only have a profile in one of those domains, such as:
