Change to external identifier

In property prposal there was no consensus on data type. Values not being "flat URLs" was given as the reason to use URL data type. However, now URL-s have changed and they apparently are flat: "dabas_liegumi/daugava_pie_kaibalas", "aizsargajamo_ainavu_apvidi/kaucers", "aizsargajamo_ainavu_apvidi/veclaicene/#Avotu_mezs", "dabas_parki/abavas_senleja/#cuzu" in example URL-s have changed to daugava-pie-kaibalas, kaucers, avotu-mezs and cuzu-purvs, respectively. Also, so far the property is almost unsed (3 uses). So I think it's reasonable to change the data type now. 2001:7D0:81DA:F780:39CF:F29B:98FB:B4BE 11:24, 25 February 2022 (UTC)
