The ID numbering system has changed

@99of9, Pintoch, Pigsonthewing, Was a bee: In november 2020, the system of "JMA Seismic Intensity Database" changed, and now all the links to the database are dead. The ID numbering system itself changed from the sequential integer to the time-based digit string, for example:

• 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami (Q36204): 177561 -> 20110311144618

So formatter URL (P1630) for this property should be changed as:

• http://www.data.jma.go.jp/svd/eqdb/data/shindo/Event.php?ID=$1 -> https://www.data.jma.go.jp/svd/eqdb/data/shindo/#$1

  • @99of9:I changed formatter URL (P1630) for this property, and modified the ID of 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami (Q36204) for the test, but it seems the external link to the database remains unchanged.
