A beta is available of a new register

I had today a chat with the developer of the new application and I Guess either we convert the old IDs to the new or propose a new property

• about Beta version in swedish
• Rest API ( will maybe change name )
  • /PlaceNameService/v1/place-name-basis/file-address/ is used for converting old IDs
• My Task T267639
