Proposal for enlargement of type constraint

Currently there's a type constraint for this property saying, elements must contain property “instance of (P31)” with classes “comune of Italy (Q747074), Comune sparso (Q954172), province of Italy (Q15089) but the IndicePA database contains several other Public Administrations and we should take advantage of it: e.g. regions of Italy, National Sanitary Service and subclasses (ASST, ASL), ministries of Italy , research institutes, Italian mountain communities, etc.

I'm here asking if it's possible to change this constraint to a more permissive. E.g. Italian public administration. I know currently almost nothing is subclass of Italian public administration and for this reason I'm also asking to more skilled wikidatans to help with changing this situation and correctly link italian pubblic administrations to this entity. Thanks

Il collegamento a IndicePA è cambiato è non funziona più

In WikiData per i comununi italiani la sezione "identificativo IndicePA" reinvia ad un indirizzo errato.

Che da errore 404.

Occorrerebbe dunque modificare la presentazione del collegamento all'indicePA per tutti comuni italiani.
