@Epìdosis: Hi! Why did you set this format constraint?

I did not found any example in which occurs an underscore (why just one?) nor a digit (why only after the underscore?).

Furthermore, the one-or-more quantifier (+) and the parentheses are redundant if you also use the zero-or-more quantifier (*). --Horcrux (talk) 19:33, 16 July 2021 (UTC)

Hi @Horcrux, Pamputt:! I edited the constraint in order to match values such as the ones in Francesco Alighieri (Q55833105) ("francesco-alighieri_res-aec00cd3-87ee-11dc-8e9d-0016357eee51") and in Donati (Q287327) ("donati_res-35515c14-87ef-11dc-8e9d-0016357eee51"), but probably I did something imprecise. @Epìdosis: I see, I missed it! For the future (just to remark it :-)), ([...]*)+ and [...]* are perfectly equivalent. The meaning of (-[a-z]+)* was that two hypens cannot appear next to each other (because each hypen must be followed by at least a letter).

@Pamputt: Great, thanks! But why have you made optional the first part? I think that should be mandatory, while the second part is correctly optional. Currently, that regex matches also empty strings. --Horcrux (talk) 08:50, 17 July 2021 (UTC)
