Unang Scottish Rite Bodies sa malayong silangan. Itinatag noong 1910 ang Manila, unang tegular na bodies na umiral sa ilalim ng Punong Sanggunian ng Daigdig sa Char[le]ston, South Carolina. Tumanggap ng mga Pilipinong mason at iba pang nasyonalidad nang itatag ang Philippine Bodies, 1917; Mindanao Lodge of Perfection, 1939; Bisayas, Cabanatuan at Luzon Bodies, 1949. Pinagkalooban ng karta para sa isang nagsasarili at nakapangyayaring Kataas-taasang Sanggunian ng ika-33 at Huling Antas, Matanda at tinganggap na Scottish Rite ng Masoneriya ng Republika ng Pilipinas, Oktubre, 21, 1949; pormal na itinatag, Disyembre 16, 1949; nilagdaan, Disyembre 30, 1949. Scottish Rite Freemasonry in the Far East had Manila Bodies as the first to be organized in 1910 under the Supreme Council of the 33rd & Last Degree of the Southern Jurisdiction, Mother Council of the World in Charleston, South Carolina. Philippine Bodies was constituted in 1917 followed by the chartering of Mindanao Lodge of Perfection in 1939; Bisayas Bodies Cabanatuan Bodies and Luzon Bodies in 1949. On October 21, 1949 a charter was granted by the Mother Council for the formation of a Supreme Council in the Philippines. It was constituted on December 29, 1949 and had its first session on January 1, 1950 with Ill. Frederick H. Stevens, 33°, as the first sovereign grand commander. He was succeeded by Ill. Conrado C. Benitez 33°, the first Filipino sovereign grand commander. (English)
