S. 2—The Act of the Parliament of New South Wales which ratified and confirmed the agreement and surrendered the territory to the Commonwealth is the Seat of Government Surrender Act, 1915 (No. 9, 1915), which was assented to on 20 February 1915 and proclaimed to commence on 21 April 1915.
