Correct identification of this object edit

The correct identification of some NGC objects is difficult due to errors and misunderstandings of the original observer and of the astronomers that, during time, made and re-analysed the data.

Use the information of different sources, NGC 1995 has different identifications. Following the prescription of NGC/IC project the correct identification of NGC 1995 is a double star, and not NGC 1998!.

Source Other PGC Link Notes
NGC/IC project in VizieR (Q1662358) double star --- [1] right identification
NASA/IPAC Extragalactic Database (Q488563) double star --- [2] right identification
Lyon-Meudon Extragalactic Database (Q6709611) star PGC 3325910 [3] quite right identification
SIMBAD (Q654724) NGC 1998 PGC 17434 [4] wrong identification!

Please do not use SIMBAD (Q654724) database to recover the data of this object!
