Purpose

This template purposed to using from other link templates to display translated name for target page. It uses the special item with pre-defined name "Translations:<target_fullpagename>/Page display title/<langcode>", which checks if there is a translated version of a pagename in the user's language, and links to it if there is one, and links to the English version if there isn't.

This template prefers inline formatting of parameters.
