Template:Translation categories
Just add {{Translation categories}} to the page, right where the categories would go.
Usage
{{Translation categories|category=|nscategory=}}
The template gets the category name by the page it is placed on or by the parameter category. The language is formed by the subpagename. Another category is added by the namespace or with the parameter nscategory.
