Usage edit
The first parameter is the id of the item (including the "Q"). You can use this template by writing {{subst:Uw-advert2|Q42}}.
In most cases (and pretty much always with new or unregistered users), please use {{subst:Uw-advert1}} before using this template. For repeat offenses, or users who should know better, you can use {{subst:Uw-vandalism3}}, and {{subst:Uw-vandalism4}}.
