Usage edit
The first parameter is the id of the item (including the "Q"). You can use this template by writing {{subst:Uw-spam4|Q42}}.
In most cases (and pretty much always with new or unregistered users), please use {{subst:Uw-spam1}} or {{subst:Uw-spam2}} or {{subst:Uw-spam3}} before using this template. This is final warning for repeat offenders.
