New option to override "doc values"

edit

@Jérémy-Günther-Heinz Jähnick: If you use a case with |doc= created by this template (DocInfobox docStatement) as:

{{Wikidata:WikiProject Supertemplates/doc/P20/Case 1 (Hébuterne)}}

the result is:

place of death
  Paris
0 references
add reference
        example: Jeanne Hébuterne
  subject type constraint = human, animal, fictional character
  value-type constraint = geographic entity, établissement public de santé
add value

However, if you do not need this kind of description for for the case you want to illustrate, until now, you need to create a new case without |doc=. The recent change in {{DocInfobox docStatement}} allows to make:

{{Wikidata:WikiProject Supertemplates/doc/P20/Case 1 (Hébuterne)|doc=none}}

the result is:

place of death
  Paris
0 references
add reference

add value

or change by any other:

{{Wikidata:WikiProject Supertemplates/doc/P20/Case 1 (Hébuterne)|doc=

</br>* {{Button ST|white}} {{Label|Q14944328}} → {{LinkedLabel|Q235605}}

* {{Button ST|yellow}} {{Label|Q1235196}} → [[Wikidata:WikiProject Supertemplates/doc/P570|{{Label|P570}}]]
* {{Button ST|red}} {{Label|Q21510854}}
}}

the result is:

place of death
  Paris
0 references
add reference

add value

So, now, we can have a good collection of cases under the point of view of values and qualifiers and have/avoid doc parameter depending of where we are using it, in a infobox case, global case, property case, etc. I hope you like it.Amadalvarez (talk) 07:01, 25 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
