It was an import from Open data portal. https://kulturasdati.lv/lv/bibliotekas/tinuzu-sakumskolas-biblioteka-

It looks that this entity was created in 2018 and no data was available for it so it contained 0. Now it seems that source data has been cleaned up.

There will be non-0 data for 2019 if I decide to import it.

I will remove collection size for 2018.
