Topic on User talk:Magnus Manske

I just got my batch account blocked, because apparently QS was making too many edits for me, "editing at speed of 420 edits per minute causing maxlag to increase drastically", according to User:Ladsgroup.

I thought QS tracked maxlag, and also its number of concurrent batches for each user, and throttled back or unthrottled appropriately.

Otherwise I don't know how to address Amir's concerns.

Amir has now unblocked me, but I now no longer seem to be able to reset the errors to pick up what has been dropped. (QS batches 40374 to 40390). And can't load up more, in case this happens again.

It does seem to be running exceedingly fast - eg 290 edits from a single thread for batch 40374, adding a qualifier and a source to an existing statement, just with the timestamp 15:15
