UserWarning (UW) is a tool that enables users to easily warn other users. It uses standard user warning templates. The original code of the script comes from the Persian Wikipedia, but has been localized for Wikidata.

Installation

Copy the following code to your common.js:

When visiting a user's talk page while having this script installed, you will see a "Warn" option under "More" tab.
