Wikidata will not let you to save the same link for different items...
- For example en:A & en:B links to zh:C
- Save the item for A first....
- Then B...
  - WTH?
As there is a way to treat the system....
- Save the item for A first....
- Change interwiki of B to a redirect of C, as zh:D redirects to zh:C, then write zh:D on en:B
- Save B.
