   16. Build table with settlements, that are parts of official districts (see TERYT)
   17. Connect settlements with official districts with part of/has part
   18. Missing postal codes and dialing codes
   19. Dates of inception and start of existence
   20. Historical stuff: first written record, incorporation to Gdańsk ([3])
