Working on motorcycle road racing (Q965550), particularly endurance motorcycle racing (Q15732689), I could use a related property, namely, the duration of one individual rider's and/or team's fastest lap during a race and/or a practice session within a specific event, ideally it would accept a qualifier to mention in which lap this fastest time has been recorded ( information often stated in the race's as well as in the different practice session's time sheets ). I'd favor trying to think ahead about as many as possible use cases for related properties "linked" to the same "concept".

Several usage examples :

1/ Used in a motorcycle racing team (Q20784907) item ( Yoshimura SERT Motul (Q107026208) ) it could look like this :

nb : there are more qualifiers after race time (P2781) but it seems Template:Statement+ doesn't accept more values than this.
